Cheat meals

So my partner and I love cooking together. Beautiful spread. White wine. Dress cute. Light a candle. The whole nine yards. I don’t want to lose this through IF and CICO. They’re such good moments.

We cook together once or twice a month. I’m thinking for that meal to just put my phone away and not worry about calories, but still sticking with IF. Does that sound reasonable? What do you do for cheat meals?

I’m thinking that once or twice a month won’t be a huge deal. They meals (they’re usually just one dish) are a little costly so we don’t want to do it that often and they’re time consuming too. Will this slow down my progress a ton?
