I eat cereal. I love cereal. I eat General Mills Organic Arrowhead Spelt flakes. 2 Grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber per one cup. But im trying to maintain my weight. But then I hear all this bad stuff with cereal. (Refined Carbs Mostly) I understand nothing about carbs. Should I keep eating this cereal If I want to maintain my weight? Or is it just hurting me
It has about 24g of Carbs Per 1 Cup
2g of sugar
3g of fiber
100 cal
1g of fat
100mg of sodium
3g of protein.
I get scared because they say its highly proccesed and stuff with bad carbs and will make you gain weight. Should I keep eating them? Or switch to something else
