This is also kind of a NSV for me because today was the first day I went for a nice solid run in quite a long time! I really don’t enjoy cardio in the wintertime because it gets down to -40 here and I like to go for runs outside (excuses excuses). Also the last month has been hard for me mentally due to covid-19 so I kinda just lazed around. Regardless, I finally got back at it today and I can definitely feel it in my abs and thighs. And for some reason there’s something so satisfying for me to just crawl into bed and relax when I’m sore from a workout. It’s comforting in a sense and makes me feel like I have a really nice deep sleep ahead of me!
