19yo, 308 lbs, 6'5, and completely lost.

Hello, I'm 19yo, male, Brazilian, about 308 lbs, 6'5 (140kg and 1,95m for normal countries) and I've never done any sort of sports or exercises. Lately I've kinda felt the urge to change that, be more active, lose some weight, but I really don't know where to find the strength to start, tell people and expect to be taken serious. I think the last one is really what's been bothering me. I've been fat all my life, and my mother made sure to remind me of that every day. So after years of her insisting that I should be ashamed of myself and just loose the weight (and me of course failing at it), I don't know how to start this moment cause I know all these people in my life are just gonna say I'll fail it again in two weeks. I'm just trying to figure it out where do you guys found the strength to start and be taken serious.

Little about me: I don't work, but I do study like 14 hours a day (med school prep), so my routine is kinda of a mess, gym is probably something i couldn´t afford, neither money or time wise. I know how to cook, so that won't be a problem, if I can control my stress eating but that´s a lot easier said than done, as some of u probably know.

If u guys have some advice for me i´d be glad to hear it, cause right now i´m completely lost and hopeless.
