So I’m morbidly obese. My heaviest being 440lbs, currently working on losing weight and I’m at 432lbs.
I have been focusing on the method of calorie deficient and while trying to get more veggies, fruits and protein into my diet I still am in a situation where I’m a college student who eats out (currently living with my mother and she makes it difficult to even cook my own meals because it’s a hassle or bother to her so often I’m left eating fast food or quick to fix meals like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches)
Anyhow when going out with my BF I have been super calorie conscious and attempting to eat as low calorie meal as I can but still allowing myself to enjoy the food I eat, ya know? Anyways I have been trying to find better alternatives to snacks and meals either at home or eating out, all which are low calories.
My biggest problem is snacking or boredom eating and lately instead of snacking on fast food I’ll snack on cucumbers or an apple etc. I like variety however and if I get bored eating the same things i know I’m more likely to fall back off the lifestyle change and resort to old ways.
So if anyone could people give me ideas for low calorie snacks and even meals such as lunch etc that would be amazing! Currently I’ll eat maybe some apples and peanut butter, a banana, cucumbers with a little hummus or plain, etc.
