I’m currently a uni student in my first year, so party culture is at an all time high. Since starting uni in September, i’ve gained roughly about 5lbs and I believe it’s got a lot to do with the fact that I have an awful habit of ordering takeaways or eating a lot of the kitchen when i’ve had a few drinks. It’s frustrating because I usually have pretty decent self control when sober.
While I can cut down on how often I drink, I don’t particularly want to go completely T-total as I do enjoy a drink and, like I said previously, it’s very much what the social life of students involves.
So, has anyone experienced this before and found ways to reduce/prevent overeating after a few drinks?
