In case your interested..... I hate dieting, in large part because of the planning aspect of it. Plus, I don't really like to cook. So, what's worked out well for me lately is ordering pre-prepared meals off a menu to be picked up the next week. Now, I'm not talking about one of those internet-based companies. Rather, I did a web-search for my neck of the woods, and found 3 places in my area that do this kind of service, and I am ordering from 2 of them each week, and keeping an eye on the 3rd, in case they have something special (they're a little more expensive). I am averaging $5.75 a meal. The meals don't have enough vegetables or fruit, so these I supplement, but on the whole, it's a good deal for me.
Edit: I forgot to mention, these are "healthy eating" and "weight watcher" meals.
