the most motivated i’ve felt in my entire life

hi! my entire life i’ve struggled constantly with depression, and with that, binge eating sections. i’m an emotional eater with 1000 stresses, causing me to continue. anyway, two days ago i was shopping online for some new clothes. i saw this shirt i absolutely adored, but the biggest size, xL, wouldn’t have fit me. it may seem silly, but that’s when it really clicked. i really relaxed, dang, i’m overweight.

so yesterday, i decided to start making small changes. whole wheat bread, a little less sugar in my coffee, small things. i also found a workout app. i don’t belong to any nearby gym, they are unaffordable. however a 2.99 a mont app certainly is. i gave it a shot, and i’ve loved it so far. of course, it’s only been two days, but the two course of aerobics, and one yoga class i’ve done have been great!? i’ve also found a great calorie counting app, and idk if we are allowed to list names of specific apps but Workout for Women and Lifesum have been going great! and i feel great when i do them. after eating healthily, exerciseing, etc, i feel proud of myself, and i’m finally done hating myself and doing nothing about it, and ready to love myself and take care of her.

i’m a 5’ 3” female, 175 pounds. my goal is 115, but my shorter term goals will be in increments of 10, over a month or two.
