Stuck on a plateau trying not to go insane- share your plateauing adventures?

Currently sitting at 158 pounds, 5’6.5” (162 actually this am, thanks periods 😑) and been there, fluctuating up and down 4 pounds for a solid month and a half! I eat 1200cal a day, weight every single thing I eat (yes, even that splash of almond milk for my coffee!) don’t use oils of any kind and walk at least 3km a day- agh!

My anxious brain is telling me I am doing everything wrong and that I should be ashamed. Anyone has stories of breaking through their plateaus for me? This is my first tough plateau and it’s so emotionally draining!

Thanks 🙏 you all keep me so motivated with your amazing journeys. I’m 15 pounds away from my goal, 55 pounds down, and it feels like this last stretch is teasing me.
