I ate perfectly for 3 weeks straight, decided to give myself a day where I eat some carbs and a snack (not overly sweet tho)

Did that, and to be honest... it wasn't even 1% of what I expected it to be. I really don't enjoy eating sweets. I craved for chips and dip and like some biscuits but when I had them today, I was let down. It was ok, but nothing worth having, I felt much better with eating healthy.

Probably the reason why my weight has been the same for the last 10 years, I was over-eating but it was never on bad stuff.

Tomorrow I will resume and I will probably not have cheat days, but I think I will try to include high quality carbs, eating low carb does get boring.

I posted this because I found it interesting how badly I wanted those snacks but when I had them, they really did nothing for me.
