Some Questions About *MY* Diets

I am somewhat small in height (163cm) and I weight 54,7kgs at my lowest weight. I have gained more now (56,5kgs) since I increase my food intake (used to 800cals, now at least 1000cals, mostly more but barely counting after increasing because of anxiety). I am scared and I wanna lose my gained weight again. I was really fat for a while with 74kgs on my highest weight and it took me about 6months -of struggles- to get to my lowest weight.

Questions:

I have heard lots of people saying 600-800cals is too low but considering I'm somewhat small in height, would 800 be good for me?

I love food and for a while when dieting, I get scared of eating out and salt. I still dont eat as much salt but trying to eat out for social reason now. What are your recommended diet (if you have any) for me?

I am emotional eater, how do I stop craving food and eat for pleasure?

I was trying to maintain 55-56kgs before. What are your thought of girls weight 50+kgs? I am asian and I know lots of guys want girls to weight less than 49kgs here but it became underweight (based on BMI count for me). I have body dysmorphia and I can't really see my progress too much. I am just looking at clothing sizes to see my progress. (H&M dress size S but local Asian brand size M or L). Based from the sizes, I wonder if I should lose more weight so I can get to S/M size for local Asian brand clothing?

I am not active at all, I'm focusing on my eating. I am emotionally unstable so I can't regularly work out so please stop spamming "you need to workout to lose weight, not eating less". Thank you a lot for your time to read/reply :)
