I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? In the past, if I ate a meal, and was fully satisfied after it (not hungry), I’d still feel a huge urge to eat junk food, and that would most often lead to a binge.
However, I’ve gained a bit of control over than now, and don’t really binge anymore. However, the urge to eat is still there after meals. It’s not just for junk food now though, I have an urge to eat anything. I’m definitely eating enough, I think, so I believe that it’s just a habit.
I know that I should probably just sit and not eat when I feel the urge, but it’s annoying and hard to bear sometimes. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with it?
