You've had enough of all the looks, morons calling you names, all the critics on your appearance. Days after days you looked in the mirror and didn't like what you saw. You started this journey because you had enough of all of that.
Have a vision and keep it in mind. You are running on the treadmill, palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, you want to stop but DON'T. Think of that vision, of your ideal self.
Gents, feel those abs and biceps. Run your hand down your body and feel them. Maybe right now there's a big belly, but not for long. Imagine yourself taking of your shirt at the pool and some hot chicks glancing at you. Keep that image permanently in your head.
Ladies, you know that dress that won't fit ya? Now it does. You are looking bloody gorgeous in it. Some ex-highschool collegues pass by and you hear them shouting "IS THAT YOU MARTHA? I DON'T BELIEVE MY EYES. YOU LOOK SO HOT" Now you have the curves you always dreamed of.
For all of you out there trying to lose weight, I bow down before you with grace. You show bravery whenever exercising in public, discipline whenever passing by your favorite fast food and not going in there and a strong will for your perseverence. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to reach your goal, be it 6 months, 1 year or 2, it matters that you will reach it if you keep going.
