While I started getting serious with my journey this past November, I have been struggling with weight issues my entire life. I have had great success with CICO and IF and want to reach my next goal by the end of May. My diet now mostly consists of a variety of veggies and chicken, yogurt, and fruit. I try to limit carbs, like if I have bread at lunch I try to not have more bread or pasta etc at dinner. Some days are really hard and I end up slipping up but thats life lol
I wanted to share a comparison of myself from February 2018 to today. I am definitely way healthier (and happier) now. Hopefully I will inspire at least one other person on their journey. This sub has really helped me stick with my weightloss this time around!
