I could really use some motivation y’all. tell me what nsv y’all are looking forward to or have achieved. feel free to share at any point!! this is gonna be a stinking 2 year process 🙄. i’m only a month in and i’m started to get tired of it 😂
something i’ve achieved: my blood pressure is normal!!! in ocober i went to the doctor like 4 times and each time i’d be told “oh, that’s high! do you have high bp?” but my most recent visit it was normal!!!!!!!!!!
somethings i’m looking forward to: not being fat when i see my best friend headrests become useful? normal people people clothes!!

in 2015 i was 15. i download myfitnesspal and tried to log food. my weight was 300. i was looking at my all time weights and it was depressing to see it continually go up :(. i’m currently 340 lbs!! i’ve lost 20 lbs since december. i really started trying with coco in january. i’ve definitely had my bad days but i’ve also seen how a bad day doesn’t put me back as much as i think. i plan to keep doing cico and when able to adding exercising. the whole reason i’m loosing weight is because well one i’m fat and i need to. but i have a herniated disk and my best bet at getting better is less weight in the disk. i hope this is long enough now.
