Good day everyone ! I am seeking help I am 31, I am 5’2 and 150 pounds. I think it is been 3 years that I have been trying to loose weight. Each Monday I am motivated to start a new week. I try to eat healthy , oatmeal in the morning, salad for lunch and for dinner, chicken with brown rice, or a stir fry. I workout each morning 30 minutes. In the weekend I allow my self a cheatmeal, or two, most of the time two. I try to keep my self motivated but sometimes i just drown into the snacks ( peanuts, chips, crackers with a lot of hummus) and I lost control.... I dont know what to stay motivated and not drown into snacks and non healthy food. Can someone help me ?
Also, English is not mother tongue, sorry for the mistakes.
