Hi there, I’m hoping someone can assist me with determining my macro ratio.
A little about me.. I’m a 6’2” male, 210 pounds, and I work out 5-6 times per week (3x heavy weights, 2-3x cardio/hypertension). I’ve estimated my TDEE to be around 3,000 calories. I’ve been doing a bulk of 3250-3400 to gain muscle for the past few months. However, I’m ready to cut as my love handles and stomach are starting to look bigger than i would like them to be.
I haven’t tried cutting yet, so is there a general rule as far as your macro ratios? I’m broadly shooting for 2750 calories to start.
