Weight is slowly creeping back up. I feel tired , lathargic and embarrassed.
I have a job which requires me to travel alot and therefore daily exercise and healthy eating is difficult.
I've tried losing weight a lot since the past year but I keep gaining it . All my progress pictures of me now are of me gaining weight rather than losing it .
Every time I try to lose weight I end up in a binge cycle. I restrict whether through calorie restriction or fasting or low carb and then I eat all the weight again .
I feel at a loss here .
I don't ever want to go back to my old weight but I'm creeping back up there .
What do I do ?
Have any of you ever been in this situation? If so what did you do?
