I stopped eating pizza when I was full!

For context, pizza used to be a huge binge food for me. There’s not many places in my town that deliver, so if I was hungry, no junk food in the house, I’d order pizza. I’m so ashamed now but it got to the point it was 3-4 times a week, sometimes in the middle of the day, when I was really suffering mentally. This evening my partner wanted a takeaway and we chose pizza. It’s the first time I’ve had it in months now, and I ate 3 pieces and felt completely full and satisfied. A year ago, I would have pushed through that feeling and kept eating until the pizza was gone or I was too sick to move. For the first time, I stopped!

Lately I’ve felt like I haven’t been doing enough, I’ve been too scared of regaining my lost weight to step on the scales, but this is such a huge difference in me from where I was and I’m so fricken proud. Never going back.
