Hey everyone so I made a post a while back about my journey too losing 100 pounds on the keto diet. While I have not gained any weight back I have also not lost any either. I’ve been at a consistent weight for roughly 6 months and I would like to get back into the grind. I started in the very beginning at 405lbs and I am now down to roughly 308. So I don’t know the exact science behind keto but is it possible for it too eventually stop working because your body adapts to it? I’m looking for any and all help. My goal is to get to 250. Any dieting tips or ideas that I could use. Any diets at all. Any info is welcome and thank you in advance.
