I’ve always wanted to be the skinny girl. Starting tomorrow, I’m back on my diet. Any tips?

If you don’t want to read, just drop me your favorite low carb / high protein / whole foods recipe! I LOVE cooking new foods from different cultures and REALLY need some new inspo!

Here’s my story if anyone’s curious~

It’s been rough recently. I always get called thicc like a compliment, but I want to be the girl who’s so skinny that you pick her up like she’s nothing. I want my body fat to drop so you can see the bits of muscle from my lifting. I used to be like this at 105 lb, pretty low, it was great. I then got the flu over holiday so I stopped exercising. I went off my diet after recovering from illness and had no gym access. Two months later I realize I’ve been indulging with nuts and fruit, I’m not 130 lb. From flu recovery and more weight, I can’t even complete my old sprints or weights. The sugar cravings and blood sugar crashes are soooo real. I feel like a blobfish. Logistically, I know my two years of muscle is still there, just rejuvenating from the flu and hidden under some extra fat.

My mission- May 19th: beach vacation Current state: 130 lb Current self-image: blobfish Goal weight: under 115 lb Goal self-image: willowly featherly pretty little toning -mission impossible music plays as I turn to the kitchen
