When I started in 2018 I went hard 1,200 a day and swimming for an hour twice a week and went from 213 to 190(5’4” F19) and then I hopped off the wagon but stayed 190-195 for months now I’m back on(hit 185 this morning!)
I changed 1. My calories to 1,400-1,500 2. My exercise habits (run x3 muscles x2 and swim x2 I do two days where I run and do muscles so I end up with 2 days full rest) 3. My attitude. Before I’d get really crazy and try and exercise without eating calories back but now I’m trying to be more balanced and allow myself half back especially if I’m starving. I’m also including things when I know they’re gonna happen like two pieces of pizza at book club or ice cream with my neice.
I’m just super pleased and hoping I can hit a good BMI my big super goal is one pound a week until my 21st birthday so I’ll be 120lb. I’m a little worried about loose skin but seeing my mom get put on BP meds at 42 makes me realize I can deal with some skin so I’m healthy. I’m kinda excited I feel like I’m doing it again.
