Weight Loss for Everyone: I think I have a problem...

I think I have a problem...

...With eating too much. Is it still binging if you dont throw up, use laxatives, or workout for hours on end in an attempt to undo it all? I'm 5'2" and went from 155 to 130. I'm super proud of my progress.

I want to lose another 10 lbs to be more in the 'Normal' weight range, rather than being close to the 'Overweight' range.

Because I'm short, I know I need far less calories. My TDEE is ~1500. I've been eating between 1300 and 1400 calories. Any lower than that is just miserable. I meal prep, I workout, but I cant stop eating when I get home. I have recognized that I eat out of boredom i.e. I'm an emotional eater. I try not to keep processed foods or sugary snacks in the house.

But when they do make their way in, it's like a rush to eat it all. My logic is like, if I eat all of this right now, then the sooner I can get back on track tomorrow. I dont know why I splurge like that.

Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this?

I know I have control, but it's really hard for me. I dont want to undo my progress because I cant stop eating food until I feel (sometimes) uncomfortably full.

I fear that I'm developing an unhealthy relationship with food and want to get better about my eating habits.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
