I am Male/5'8 , 20 years old and went from 79 kg to 75 kg in 1 month, My Body fat% according to online calculator is at 25 %.
So I am a long time lurker of this subreddit, and since 1 month I was Strength Training and doing cardio on Alternate days while being in calorie deficit. ( I am 20 years old at height of 5'8) , So I was at 79 kg and now I am at 75 kg, Although I cannot notice any change in my physique my dresses have definitely become loose. So I am going the correct way or I have to change my approach? and from today.. till a week I have university exams So I cannot workout for a week, will It affect me ? (I won't change my diet , I will still remain in calorie deficit). and is what I am doing now enough to reduce body fat % or I have to do something else?
