My fiancé and I live extremely busy lives. I manage multiple brands and personnel. I know this isn’t an excuse, but it does cause us to travel frequently and at times work weird varying schedules. It upsets me to no end that I seem to always start to get in a consistent gym and diet routine, and then something gets in my way and it stops. At this point I can’t seem to keep my routine going for more than a couple weeks! I am so extremely motivated to change my overall physique and health, but I need some advice on how to stay on track, even with a crazy schedule. Any words will be super helpful and appreciated!
