Hello, I am 20 and I am slightly obese. Height is 5 7 and weight is 93kg. I was told about this community through a friend so first time here
I been working out hard 6 days/week for a month, although I did not see changes in my weight, I did see changes in my body.
Everyday I fast for 18 hrs and drink milk and eat salad and an omlette in the night and if I feel very hungry a shawarma or grilled chicken. All the while, I keep my carbs under 80gms,fat around 80gms and protein 140 to 160 gms sometimes lesser. That is a total around 1800 cal which is supposedly my calorie deficit.
Although I know my body is changing it would be very motivating to see if the scale also drops. My mother is diabetic, so I am shit scared that I might be pre-diabetic.
My question is that I have puffy nipples, and I am very embarrassed to show them to anyone including my parents. How do I elimate them and any tips would be appreciated regarding how to progress faster or more smarter in losing weight.. My goal is not only to become less heavier but alps to put on muscle. I very very badly want to do my first pullup soon. Thank you
