I've been sticking to my calorie allowance and getting a lot more steps in daily but I'm starting to get really intense cravings that nothing seems to satisfy and I'm not sure why.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my binge eating or not.
I've been drinking a lot of water when I get these cravings to make sure I'm not just thirsty. That doesn't do much. Normally after drinking a big glass of water I'm still craving something sweet.
I've tried eating and apple, orange or banana but that doesn't make it go away. I've also tried drinking some hot tea with a zero calorie sweetener and that doesn't do anything either.
I'm not sure what else to try at this point.
