Ate at 3 AM, basically right now - what do I do for the very next day?

I just had a McDonald’s Mcwrap at 3 AM, and a donut, and early at 12 AM a bagel. Usually I never eat this late since I do IF, I want binging or anything, it’s just I had nothing in my fridge, and got busy all day cleaning out my place which was in the middle of reno’s so I honestly had forgotten to eat.

Since I’m basically maxed out on calories, but ate late, what does that mean for the next day? Do those calories continue over to the next day? ... Or?

My sleeping schedule is currently a mess, and my go-to is eating time is 12 PM - 6 PM. / 1,250 calories. I’m sort of irked that I ate this late, but I assumed probably best to eat something than nothing but a bagel in the AM. Even though it’s late.

Gah, I just want to get to 129. I’ve been stuck at 133-135 for months now.
