I’m a 23 F and I weigh 250 lbs. My goal is to lose 50+ lbs. One of the biggest challenges I face is food. I work and I go to school full time so I’m low on money and time. I eat a lot of fast food because it’s cheap, quick, and convenient. I lost a lot of weight eating low carb at fast food places (water, double cheeseburger with one bun, grilled chicken, etc). But the food got really repetitive and I was too strict, eventually I crashed and gained it all back.
I’m ready to make a change again and I don’t want to do what I did before because it is still unhealthy. I honestly hate cooking and I suck at it. I’ve had a lot of cooking mishaps in the past. I also don’t have a stove, my place is too small for one, so I’m kind of limited. I have an instant pot, crockpot, and toaster oven. I googled “cheap easy low carb recipes” but honestly the things I found didn’t seem cheap or easy.
I was wondering if anyone maybe went through, or is currently going through, the same thing and would like to share some recipes that really helped them lose weight and didn’t break the bank and were relatively easy. Like crockpot meals.
I might be asking too much, but it doesn’t hurt to see if there is anything out there. Thank you in advance.
