A little morning ramble

I'm new at this, I'm unable to start actively eating healthier until I can go grocery shopping on Monday but until then I'm trying to be careful about what I eat and logging my intake and weight of MFP.

I went from 18st 7lbs yesterday morning to 19st 2lbs five minutes ago, now I'm bad at maths so idk how many lbs that is exactly but it's irrelevant I guess. I ordered takeout last night because I was 'stressed', which ngl I have done that at least 5x a week until this week. I've never seen the before and after numbers before, it's shocking. I gained that much from one takeout order, so I must have been gaining 5x that number every week previously? I'm glad that I've started weighiimyself and I'm glad that I know now how much of an impact eating like that has on my body.

I have a day of light eating and hella water planned to make up for it. Wish me luck? I feel like I could use some.
