Hey all, Thanks for the inspiration guys! Have learnt so much on this sub. My own weightloss journey has been very gradual, so it doesn't feel like a big transformation... but yesterday my app told me I've lost 40lbs so far and it was such a lovely surprise! So I thought I'd share my before and after. I'm definitely a "slow and steady" loser, so the pictures are from December 2015 and December 2019. Started off trying Slimming World UK, but didn't like it so after reading about CICO on here I've been tracking calories and losing that way. That's it really, just wanted to share my happy news and keep motivated for the next 18lbs!
