I'm a 20yr old, 6' 7" currently weighing at 350.
As much as i would like to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time I hear its nearly impossible. At one point I was thinking about bulking up first then removing fat with liposuctions. (Leaning more towards gains, to save my self from loose skin) I wanna hear what you guys at r/Fitness think I should do. Personally I wouldn't care to just gain muscle and say "fuck it dood." But at this weight, I also think I should be on a diet for my own health. The end goal for me is a healthy and/or good fit looking body. Whether i'm scrawny and slim or muscular and ripped. If yall think I should just go with gains, please give me workouts, gym routines, the motherload. Same with if yall think I should just get rid of the fat first. I ready to change my life around and thank you all in advance.
Extra things I think mentioning would help.
- I talked to my doctor about this before and was put on diet which didn't last long, cuz after 3 months there were no results.
- Ive been a big boy since i was twelve, last time i was slim was probably 9 or 10.
- im not an active person at all, haven't been since high school. But I can easily change that with my new found motivation.
- I feel like i have no energy all the time, but i also haven't tried anything to give myself energy.
- I only drink water, and lots of it.
