I’m having the hardest time.
2019 has been a heck of a year and the scale shows it.
Long story short, during the first half of the year I was struggling with really tough anxiety and panic attacks. I finally got that under control with the help of therapy and meds. Following that, i had to take some time off from exercising, and my eating fell by the wayside. I’m getting back on my track with fitness, but I CANNOT, for the life of me, get back in the swing of proper eating. I put on 15 pounds since April. I’m disappointed in the weight gain, but I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made emotionally and mentally.
I’m not sure what I’m looking for...advice? Encouragement? Just a place to vent, really.
