Hi, this is my first post in this sub! I've done weight watchers in the past and lost weight on the program. For many reasons, quitting smoking being one of them, I gained the weight back. Tomorrow is day 1 of the plan for me for the second time. (CW:220lbs. GW: 150lbs) I want to really set myself up for success this time. I've been doing restorative yoga for almost a year now. It has brought me to the realization that I need something to calm my mind to help me stay on track. I find that I eat when I'm anxious. I'm wondering if anyone has a mediation they can recommend (app, YouTube, whatever) that specifically targets weightloss?
