I fell off the wagon after a pretty successful combination of IF and CICO in the summer. I moved to the UK and with university accommodation catering times and food options, I stopped fasting and calorie counting altogether. I also used the excuse that I was “under constant stress” from school to over-treat myself.
Surprise surprise—
I GAINED WEIGHT. Around 8kg at that. For someone my size, it really shows.
There. I said it.
Now I’m done with deadlines and I’m angry at myself for letting this happen. So I don’t have any more excuses for putting this off.
I hereby declare today, December 10th 2019, my Day 1 for the millionth time.
