Hi im 17 F 5’4 and 183 lbs. My highest weight was 167 lbs and i went to a dietician and reached a weight of 150 lbs but then I went on holiday and started binge eating (ive had a really bad history with binge eating). Since then, I’ve gained back all 17 lbs and an extra 6 lbs. im completely destroyed. I dont know what my next move should be.
My family pressures me so much to lose weight and I graduate this year and I feel like im missing out on so much. I wanna be someone else. I wanna be someone who works out and is involved in school activities but im so insecure. Ive started eating so much in secret and I have a fear of eating in public. My friends are all thin and they always talk about dieting and it makes me so anxious.
I tried intermittent fasting but could never continue with it. The only time i was able to lose a lot of weight was on the diet plan that my dietician gave me but now it seems impossible to start again.
I also dont know if i should cut sugar out or it will make me binge.
