So i struggle with gynaecomastia (moobs). It’s partly due to hormones as I am 15 going through puberty but I also have an unhealthy diet with plenty of carbs as I am Italian. Last year I wanted to do something about it so I joined my local gym and I go 4 times a week. There I do dumbbell push-ups, push ups, rowing machine, and a lot of cardiovascular fitness (all suggested by my doctors) and as a result of this my biceps and triceps have gained tremendously and I am very happy with the results yet my moons are still prominent. I am lost on what to do and some advice form anyone would be greatly appreciated as I don’t know what else to d
