Need advice to deal with a weekend of food-centric events

Hi everyone,

I am in need of some advice to cope with a food-centric weekend. Tomorrow night is a Christmas party (everyone is brining a plate) and the following morning is a friend's birthday brunch (bottomless). As someone who has lost a lot of weight but still struggles with bingeing, I would love some advice on how to make this stress free and enjoyable without triggering a binge. I've decided not to drink at the brunch, but I am worried about hungover-me's choices that morning. I am also worried about tomorrow night - thinking of eating less in the day to counteract what will be a biggish meal and drinks.

I am looking for some strategies to avoid overeating, deal with people commenting on what I'm eating and just make it a positive time. My weight is already up by a couple of kilos from a binge two days ago - I intend to make that binge my last by being reasonable but am worried about this weekend sabotaging that!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
