I have lost weight before, 50lbs. It was relatively easy, albeit slow, the last time. I thought I would never have an issue again and I had this under control. I was so wrong! I got pregnant a year and a half after losing weight and slowly gained.... I was told to gain 50lbs during the pregnancy and I did. I am now currently 35 lbs heavier than my lowest weight in my 30's. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but i just can't get rid of it this time. I am temporarily a STAHM for my twins and we rarely get out of the house. I clean and play all day long, without much, if any, downtime. I move alot! I also snack with my kids, eat their leftovers as my meals, and grab whafever I can find when I'm hungry. I really don't have the time, energy, or resources to focus on myself right now. I need to though. I need to eat cheaply, healthy, and it can't be complicated. I need advice from parents on how to accomplish this. It was easy when it was just me and i could measure/weigh my food and log every meal. I keep trying to log, but I get so distracted that I can't even get through half a day. I would be hapy to receive any advice or motivation. Thanks!
