I hope you're getting to it. Maybe even putting your back into it!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 217.2 this morning, 215.8 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: I got into snacking after dinner yesterday so I took away my check mark. I wouldn't call it a full on binge but I should know better. Tonight I will do better. 8/9 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT tonight. Rest day yesterday. 8/10 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Woke up after some shitty dreams, not an excuse, just felt like it may help get me out of a funk. 6/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): We'll see.
Try a new recipe once a week: Y'all have any suggestions for me? I prefer crock pot recipes but am open to suggestions. Smoky black bean soup from dry beans & Mexican red lentil stew so far. Not sure what's on the docket next. 2/5 weeks.

Note something jolly every damn day: Watched Christmas Vacation last night. Today I'll be handling some more gift stuff. Most most expensive item just showed up to my work so I can hide it from the recipient & for that I'm grateful.
