Hey all! So let me start off with some quick stats Female, 19, 5’3” SW:230 CW:169.4
I started my journey this summer at 230lbs after my freshman year of college. I was so fed up with how I looked and felt I just went for it and worked so hard all summer to get in shape. I lost a ton this summer and have lost about 15lbs since coming back to school. However, for the past month, I have been gaining/maintaining on and off. I have lost all motivation. It’s so cold and dark, schoolwork is at an all time high and I’m so stressed. It’s so cold and dreary I have no motivation to go out to the gym, once I get home to my apartment I sit in my bed and eat :( my schools library literally has a burger restaurant so when I study, I binge on burgers. I don’t know what’s happened to me, I’m so scared of going back to my old ways, I still have more weight to lose and I want to stay active. Please let me know what helps you when you are in a rut or feeling unmotivated, I really appreciate it! :)
