Losing weight too fast?

So mid to late October I had a wake up call when I saw the scale stop at more than 190 pounds (I’m 5’7” and that’s technically obese, if not toeing the line of obesity) and started counting calories on the Lose It app. But I feel like I’m losing weight too fast? I know the general healthy rate to lose weight is around 1 to 2 pounds a week, but this morning I stepped in the scale and saw that I was 168 pounds. I cut most refined carbs and sugar out of my diet, and I eat at least 1600 calories a day and started running with C25K and walking everywhere along with strength training, but until the other day, I didn’t realize I wasn’t counting the walking I do AT work as a worker at a cafĂ©. I do 6 hour shifts at least four or five days a week. Right now business is slow for the winter months so I’m probably on my feet actively walking around for only three of those hours, but that’s still around 400-500 unaccounted for calories. I don’t feel like I’m hungry very often or weak (and if I do, I quickly find something nutritious to eat like a bunch of raw veggies like carrots or broccoli or some fruit) but I am concerned about the rate that I’m losing weight at. Especially since I’m visibly gaining muscle. Any input is welcome!
