I need help losing weight

(Sorry if formatting is bad im on mobile) So, ever since i was little i had been gaining weight from reckless eating and i need help losing. Right now im 14 years old 190lb and 5'5. I need help with excercising im not sure where to start and how to gain will power to avoid snacks since my parents still buy them for my brother and me. Right now i drink a smoothie every morning for breakfast but i dont excercise and i eat snacks alot maybe like ~500-700 calories of snacks a day. What should i start to do when excersising, when should increase how much i excersise until its around 30-40 minutes day. (I know the post is all over the place sorry)
