I am on a intermittent fasting plan as of right now. As described in the title, I went from 313 to 300 pounds. I’m a 6 ft 6 male. Cut out sugar and junk from my diet. However, I do have one cheat meal a week on sundays when watching football. Everyday I step on the scale and my weight is going down. How much water weight have I held exactly? I plan on getting back into my regular gym routine next week.
I do HIIT cardio along with boxing and following a simple PPL beginner plan I found off of reddit. I’m tracking my weight loss progress every morning but I don’t track calories. I eat two times a day and a mixture of fruits.
My water intake is also exponentially higher. My main question is, when do I realize the weight I’m losing isn’t water weight? Losing 13 pounds in two weeks is nice but I don’t know exactly if I’m losing fat or not.
