F5'9 GW:150 SW:182 CW:161 Since September I have lost 20 pounds by exercing and eating roughly 1500 calories a day. In the beginning I tracked my calories pretty strictly then once I got a feel for the right amount of food I stopped counting. In november I gave up all sugar for a month and by the end of the month felt great.
December 8th I turned 21 and decided to have a huge cheat day. I have roughly one cheat day a week while still staying on goal for weekly weightloss. However this cheat day turned into a cheat weekend, then a cheat week. It's been 5 days now and I can't seem to stop eating food.
It's also finals week and I'm very very stressed and the idea of weight gain is just adding to that. I'm so very close to my goal but I just don't know how to get my eating habits back under control.
