I used to eat on a daily diet of junk food etc and piled on the weight and inches, over a 10 year period. Once my son was born i was determined to try and get in a shape other than round.
I slowly adjusted my eating habits over a couple of years the weight has slowly coming off, ive no idea what I weighed as I span the scales past the max the been stuck at 116kg for around 6 months (m 39) 6ft3" I've been slowly losing the fat overall but I don't seem to be losing any actual weight
I do have an active job and dont go to the gym, I'm not gaining much muscle, I know I probably shouldn't complain but its puzzling why I'm not losing any weigh.
Any ideas?
