So I’m am a 18 year old male, 230 pounds 5’7” . I’ve been fat all my life and now recently I’ve been very upset about the state of my appearance and health. I’ve started going to the gym 2 weeks ago and have not missed one day. The problem I have is that I haven’t eaten a fruit or vegetable since I was 5. At least once a year I try to expanded my horizons when It comes to food but I just can’t eat them. I’ve tried everything and I gag every time. I’ve successfully cut out dairy and fast food, I’ve only been consuming rice, eggs and LOTS of water. I just feel like I’m doing this whole thing wrong. Also I should add that I despise chicken and I also fall to eat it with out gaging. I don’t know how I’m supposed to be truly healthy without fruits, vegetables and chicken. Any advice would be helpful, I know I don’t have much to work with.
