I am a 5'10 16 year old female who is 330 pounds. I need any tips and tricks to get rid of this slowly but surely. My biggest fear is have access skin and not being able to get the surgery to get rid of it. I'm a tired of being overweight, im tired of looking in the mirror and seeing nothing but fat, and i tired of being unhealthy and not confident. I really need help before i end up dying of a heart attack or something. If you can please focus on the healthy eating mostly and being as honest and descriptive as you can. I have asthma (i was born with it) so exercise is not really my focus point but you can definitely add that as well. I don't really have a choice in what i eat because I am in a low income family and im always forced by my dad to get the cheaper option which is usually unhealthy. I am going to get a job soon so hopefully I can get my own income and buy the things you recommend. Thank you so much. 1-2 pounds a week is what I'm going for.
