I have been going regularly since May, lost about 35 pounds, and am enjoying working out. However, my issue comes with comparing myself. I am always the fattest girl there and I instantly feel stupid doing my workouts when really fit, beautiful girls come in and start doing really intense training. I feel like shrek or some shit, and want to disappear. I know I am getting healthier and more fit, but I feel like I dont deserve to be in the same space as these super fit people. It sucks but I need to accept I'm the she monster at the gym and will never be the cute girl and it's hard. Can anyone relate or have some helpful advice? Hope you guys are having amazing days!
