I am 6ft and weigh 180 lbs, I am rather fit (I can see my ribs...) and whereas I know that this is a healthy height to weight ratio, I still have a belly that I can't seem to lose. Couple years ago I worked in a remote camp setting in far north, food was good, and plentiful, and processed and lots of sweets. After work, for lack of better things to do, we just sat and ate. That's how I got my beer belly.
I try to exercise and do cardio as much as I can, I do not eat lots. My daily calorie intake is about 1500-2000, I avoid processed foods like plague, I mostly buy raw, quality ingredients and cook myself, while experimenting I have found out I am slightly allergic to gluten, I do not get runs, but I do get bloated, currently I try to wean myself off breads, which is hard af to drop one of the staples you ate your whole life. I do not want to do on severe calorie restriction diet because that will end up with me pigging out on food when I get too hungry. What do I do wrong?
